How many cups of decaf coffee can I drink per day?
Q : I drink about 3 cups of coffee ever day and its my favorite part of the day, but if I drink any more I crash later on and it makes me feel really tired and a little depressed. I was wondering if I switched to decaf maybe I could drink more and the buzz will last longer. If so how many cups of decaf would equal one cup of regular coffee? Hence, i recommend that you drink 2 cup of decaf coffee a day and 3 at most.

A : Although it says decaf it is impossible to get all the caffine out if the coffee. So there is always some amount of caffine in decaf. And Caffine is an addictive stimulant. So yes, it is possible to be addicted to coffee caffinated or not. She probably drinks a lot more decaff than regular to get some sort of effect from it too.
