A : If you can get them in bulk at a warehouse store like Costco/Sam's Club/BJ's it's the best price! We buy ours at Costco and an 80 pack is only $34!

Do those K-cup coffee machines guarantee the best crappy cup of coffee you can get?

Q : The good is that each cup is brewed instantaneously. Fresh brewed is always good.

The bad. Instead of coffee ground 10 minutes ago or even 1 week ago you're getting coffee that was ground several months ago. If anybody has ever had recently picked, recently roasted and fresh ground coffee, you'd recognize just how much every day of elapsed time reduces the quality of the coffee.
I actually agree with both of you. Work has always been the worst coffee on the planet. Cheap coffee brewed and heated on a hot plate for hrs. The K-cup machines are a good thing at work

And, filling your own k-cup pods would be the way I would go too. Seems like it defeats the purpose as a time saver though.

It's not their plant that has anything to do with it. After it's boxed, it's shipped to warehouses and then distributed from there to buyers and then on to supermarket warehouses and finally to supermarkets. Lastly to homes where it sits in the pantry till used. Time adds up
A : Kcups use stale coffee. The cups are not valved, so the only explanation for them not being exploded by the degassing, is that they use stale coffee. The price is the same as premium specialty coffees in whole bean form. There is literally no reason to purchase Kcups vs. whole beans, with the slight exception of about 2 minutes of saved time. In terms of sustainability, taste, and health, the Kcup loses.

What is the BEST tasting coffee- for my K-Cup order?

Q : I am about to order a bunch of k-cups for my new AMAZING Keurig Coffee maker (If you don't have one, you MUST get one immediately!)

Any suggestions on what I type of COFFEE I should order? I liked Coffee People Jet-Fuel but I want to try something new-
Light or Dark, I have no preference, just tell me the ones you think are good...
A : Cafe La Semeuse is the best by far.
In blind tastings this coffee beat both Jamaican Blue Mountain and Kona AA ( 2 of the best coffees on earth).
the good thing about it is, it's less then 1/3rd the price.
