Where can I buy Hawaiian coffee in the New Hampshire area?

Q : I live in the New Hampshire/ Massachusetts area and I want some Hawaiin coffee but I don't know where I could possibly buy some around the area?

How much would Starbucks need to charge if they started using pure Kona (Hawaiian) coffee and/or Jamaican?

Q : Blue Mountain coffee? Currently these are the most expensive coffees I know of.
A : It could not be done as there is not enough supply of these coffees for the present quantity of beans that Starbucks uses.
(I'm assuming using those beans exclusively).

Should Americans drink only Hawaiian coffee during the recession?

A : Kona coffee is weak, it is almost always blended with South American coffees. Basically, there isn't a pure American coffee.
