A : You need a mill made for flour. I would be cautious using these other appliances. Flour dust is highly explosive! You can buy hand mills too.

Yes restaurants do have commerical equipment. We brew tea in big urns and coffee just like u do at home except on restaurant eq (BUNN) they have 2 pots and warmers....
