Blueberry Coffee Cake Calories Answer Question

Laura asks…Why am I not getting full?I'm 17, 5'6", 145 lbs. And I'm always hungry, and even though I know I am growing and need extra calories, my body almost always wants to eat. How do I make myself more full? I know I am getting more than enough fiber (I love veggies), and am trying to eat more protein. I'm just eating up the food supply in our house and its sorta embarrassing. Any suggestions?
Here is a sample of my daily intake:

Breakfast
1 cup eggplant
3/4 cup broccoli
3/4 cup gai lan
1 Light & Fit yogurt
1 Fiber One bar
1 cup Kashi GoLean + 1/2 cup 1% milk
1 cup oatmeal + 1/2 cup blueberries
1 egg + 1 slice Muenster cheese

Lunch
1 whole wheat tortilla
1 carrot
2 stalks celery
1 cup plain Greek yogurt + cinnamon
1 Light & Fit yogurt
1 apple

Snack
2 whole wheat
