Does the Keurig reusable K-Cup work with the Mr. Coffee/Keurig single brewer system?

Does the Keurig reusable K-Cup work with the Mr. Coffee/Keurig single brewer system?

Q : Hello and Merry Christmas! My mom got me a Mr. Coffee/Keurig single brewer for Christmas, but I just have one question. Do the Keurig reusable K cup filters work with this model? I have seen several people who say they have used them and they have worked. I have seen others who say that the filters do not fit. What are your experiences? I don't understand how the filter wouldn't fit but regular K-cups will.
A : This is a very difficult question to answer. Which exact model number of Mr. Coffee did you get? Please let me know and I will find the answer for you.

The Keurig My K-Cup reusable coffee filter # Works in Keurig home brewers B40 Elite, B50 Ultra, and B60 Special Edition but Does not fit B100, B100P, or B2000/3 Keurig brewers

Which Single-Cup Coffee Brewer do you have?

Q : Looking to get a single-cup brewer, but there are so many models its hard to choose. it seems keurig is the most commonly available, but i've seen tassimo, other k-cup compatible like mr. coffee.
even coffee bean and tea leaf has one too.

would like feedback on your experience;
1. brand/model
2. how long you've owned it before problems came up
3. coffee availability; in-store, online, etc.
4. any other suggestions, thanks all.
A : 1. Keurig
2. No problems, My mom has had it for 1-2 years.
3. In store and online. Everywhere.
4. No suggestions. The cups are great and they have over 500 great flavors.

has any one used any of the Keurig single cup coffee brewers?

Q :
A : Yes... I have one at work. They're convenient because the coffee doesn't burn and you can make one cup the way you want it - and they have two settings on how much water gets filtered through the pod to dilute your coffee.

Keurig B60 Single-Cup Brewer? Coffee seems watery and machine stays fairly hot....?

Q : We just bought this yesterday. It seems like the coffee is a bit watered down. Has this happened to anyone else? Also, I left the machine on, as stated in the manual, and even after an hour it felt fairly hot. Is this normal?

I had to use 2 pods this morning to make my coffee not seem so watery. One I did on the 10oz size and the other on the 4 oz size. Seems like a waste of pods....
A : Keurig B60 Single-Cup Brewer . . . yep, this particular brand is a lemon. And if you like a full-flavored cup of coffee, the pod brewers are never going to do it for you. A good burr-grinder for the beans, and a good V-filter drip model is the best combo for a great cup of coffee.

Where's a good place to buy things for small gift baskets such as coffee, chocolates, etc?

Where's a good place to buy things for small gift baskets such as coffee, chocolates, etc?

Q : I'd like to find small packets of chocolate-covered espresso beans, coffees, chocolates, candies, or other useful stuff, to make about 5 small gift baskets with. Where's the least expensive place to buy these things? Should I just go to Wal-Mart, or is there somewhere more affordable online without a minimum order needed?
Thank you!!!
www.abasketsupply.com is a wholesaler and a business-to-business only site. They require a sales tax exemption number to process any order. Thanks anyway though!
A : Yes, WalMart is good, but you might try a Dollar Store, like General Dollar or Dollar General, or The Dollar Store.

How did free coffee for cops get started?

Q : It is a well known courtesy that cops, fire fighters, and paramedics at restaurants, coffee houses ect.

How did this tradition get started? Who started it and where was it started?

I am quite curious as to the origins of this
I know why it started, and agree with it,

What I want to know is if anyone knows in what city it started and when?
A : In many countries, if you want to get things done, a small envelope of cash can speed you on your way. You want that business license, without the hassles? No problem â for a price.low-level legal bribes are common throughout the world and economists say sometimes, You can imagine a case that if you're able to pay a bribe and cut a lot of the red tape, get around a lot of the bad laws, it might actually make things in the economy move a lot smoother and you might actually see more growth because of it. , bribes can actually be a good thing

In many countries, starting a business requires more than a good idea. You also need an unmarked envelope full of cash - a bribe

Does Starbucks offer a sugar free coffee syrup for their coffee?

Q : Im trying to cut on carbs but I love my sweet coffee in the morning. I was wondering if starbucks offered a surgar free syrup to still give the coffee that sweet taste with less carbs.
A : Yes, but not all of them. Many use Torani brand syrups. Torani has several high quality flavors in the sugar free line.
Another option is to use agave nectar, which comes in a few flavors.

how do they make decaf coffee? how's caffeing taken out of beans?

how do they make decaf coffee? how's caffeing taken out of beans?

Q :
A : Decaffeination

look at this link:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Decaffeination

are decaf coffee beans darker that regular coffee beans?

Q :
A : no not usually. Some say there is no such bean as decaffeinated coffee beans. They were right but with genetics they have created a decaffeinated bean. It is designed to save the marketers time. I won't knowingly buy
such beans. The normal water process for decaffeinated beans is best. As for the colour of coffee beans that depends on the brand and the method of growing and the type of soil. I know one person in Dorion Ont. grew coffee beans in white clay soil and wound up with pale coffee beans. Someone else grew coffee beans in Red Clay Soil in Red Rock Ont. and would up with dark coffee beans! I wonder why I don't get black coffee beans planting in black
earth! But they aren't pale and aren't dark!

is there such thing as decaf espresso beans? Or can I use regular decaf coffee beans?

Q :
A : Yes, you can get decaf espresso beans. Starbucks has them. I imagine all the other coffee places will have them too.

If a coffee bean has caffeine in it; how is decaf coffee made & what's in it?

Q :
A : All decaffeination processes are performed on unroasted (green) coffee beans, but the methods vary somewhat. They generally start by steaming the beans. The beans are then rinsed in some solvent. The actual solvent depends on the process, but different methods use either methylene chloride, ethyl acetate, liquid carbon dioxide or oxygen, or just good ol' water. The process is repeated anywhere from 8 to 12 times until it meets either the international standard of having removed 97% of the caffeine in the beans or the EU standard of having less than 0.10% caffeine by mass in the coffee at the end of the process.
