Helen asks…I feel awful. Have you ever accidentally ruined something that your child made for you?I wear a name tag at work and am allowed to design it myself. Rather than doing so, I let my 7-year old son design mine for me. He spent a good portion of his evening making me several Christmas nametags to wear throughout the season(on green paper with candy canes etc.- CUTE!).I left them on the counter next to the coffee pot where I'd be sure to remember them in the morning. He was all excited that I'd be sporting them to work. When I was making coffee for the a.m. tonight, I overfilled the reservoir and water spilled all over the nametags. They are ruined; I feel like CRAP.
